1. What ServiceGoFor Provides
ServiceGoFor.com website (“Site”) is a service that brings together Consumers and Service providers for any industry (“Service”). Gives Consumers (person or a company) the ability to post a request for a service or a product and Service Providers (a person or a company) the ability to create a profile and or bid on a job. ServiceGoFor is a website that brings people together but does not ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY OR PROVIDE WARRANTIES for the consumer or ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE provided by the Service Provider. It is up to the users to get in touch with the party they are doing business with and work out details of the deal in question as well as check on the legibility of the party in question performing a service or providing the payment.

We do not provide warranties for the service. The contract also limits our liability. Please refer to sections 14 and 15 for more information.

(5) Protect the rights, property, or safety of ServiceGoFor, its employees, its customers or the public.

7. NO SPAM POLICY
We may take action to protect the service, protect our customers, or stop you from breaching this contract. These actions may include:
(1) filtering to stop spam or increase security.
(2) Taking your posts off.
(3) Revoking your account.

Any Content posted that we feel is SPAM or is in violation of this agreement will be deleted and the account owner warned. We do not tolerate indecent language or racist remarks. Each account with more then three Warnings will be suspended indefinitely.

8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
ServiceGoFor, in its sole discretion, has the right to:
(1) Terminate your access to this website
(2) Delete your account
(3) Deactivate your account
(4) Block your E-mail
(5) Block your IP

We are able to execute the above options immediately and without notice to you. Once that happens any posted content posted by you will be removed and discarded. ServiceGoFor is able to execute the above options for any reason, including, without limitation to, if we believe you have breached this contract. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the Service after your account was terminated.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOU AGREE THAT USE OF ServiceGoFor WEBSITE AND THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
